I am Ernesto Tiburcio, 2nd year student of the Harris MPP. I have a BA in Political Science from CIDE, in Mexico. My areas of interest are social protection and the politics of policymaking.

Mariana is a first year student in the Master of Public Policy at Harris School of Public Policy. She has a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University with a focus on Financia and Strategy. She is passionate about social entrepreneurship and the policies that can be developed to help further this domain. Her professional experience includes capacity development, curriculum design, and program management throughout various organizations and platforms that foster enterprise-led development in North America and Southeast Asia.

Arturo is a Political Scientist interested in poverty, development, crime and political philosophy.

Lucía Delgado. I am a first year MPP student at the Harris. I have a BA in Economics from ITAM. I am interested in economic and social development policy. Before coming to Harris, I worked as a financial researcher at the Central Bank in Mexico. My experience is related to the evaluation of competition conditions in financial services markets and financial inclusion.

My name is Flavia Sacco, from Asunción, Paraguay. I have a major in Economics from the Catholic University "Nuestra Señora de la Asunción" . In the last two years I have been working as a research assistant in the MInistry of Economic and Social Planning of Paraguay in the social analysis department in issues related to poverty and inequality. Currently I am a first year MPP at Harris.
